On 8 October, chef Krzysztof Czerwiński will bring his Hong Kong-inspired menu to Bar Rascal for a one-night pop-up.
Czerwiński has called Hong Kong home for almost a decade, and the menu brings together Chinese flavours and techniques with seasonal Polish ingredients. It will be served as a sharing-style dinner for tables of two, four or six.
